The ALL ROUND Workout CD

Postby Keyboard Warrior 21 » Sat Jan 16, 2010 9:56 am

I actually looked at my CD player last night and told Bas to Go "F" himself

I'll explain .. I have been using track 2 of the All round workout cd most of the time..Last night I felt a little crazy so went to track 1.I think track 1 is worse, especially the last minute with the 10 jump ups after you are already spent.

If you want to get in top shape for any sport you are involved with this CD alone will do it.A FULL BODY WORKOUT in 30 minutes

Any thoughts?

I had the CDs for awhile but only have been doing the boxing/muay thai ones. Do you think i would be able to pull of the all round workout in my garage with little room and no mats KBW??

Definately bro... We sold our house at the end of last year and are waiting to move into a new house. In the meantime this year flew by but I hooked up one of the rooms in a 5 room apartment.

I actually have a 90 pound heavy bag on a frame, with some mats and weights. So when I do the CD's I have like 4 stations.I miss my old garage, I never realized how spoiled I was.It had everything. and we are moving down to the beach and there is no garage so most of my cardio Bas workouts will be outside.

So I envy you if you have a garage ;)

Hey Keyboad.

I am training very hard witht he Bas Rutten CD's. I am not looking to other routines anymore. The CD''s are great. Realy motivating. If you dont feel like training and you put that CD on you just have to workout. Great.
Have one question, when Bas shout sit-ups I do the normal sit-ups but I dont have the feeling that this work very good, I mean, I can easy do it.
Is there a exercise with is harder? Or what do you use for sit-ups. Dont be afraid, thats all :D

you can do any ab exercise. bicycles, leg lifts, roll outs if you have the TRX suspension trainer or power wheel and over and backs if you have a partner, etc.

Stay imaginative so you dont hit a plateau. Like anything you need to change things up about every 8 - 12 weeks.

We do this by adding a punch, gloves, knees, kicks when doing combinations. To changing the exercises when he calls them out. biceps with weights, adding resistance bands, etc.

hope it helps.

Hey Onesess, thank for your reaction. I know what you mean by switching things up every now and then.

I introduced a friend of mine to the Bas Rutten All Around Workout Cd yesterday. Needless to say he was quite tired afterwords. I love that disc.
